Returns, Complaints & Shipping Policy
- General Provisions
1.1. This policy sets out the rules for returns, complaints and shipping of products purchased in the TrueFungi online store operated by Leafy sp. z o.o., based in Kraków (hereinafter: “Store”).
1.2. The deadlines and rights of the Consumer arising from this policy supplement the provisions of the Store’s Terms & Conditions and the applicable law (in particular the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code). - Right of Withdrawal
2.1. A consumer who is a natural person (“Consumer”) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for those specified in section 2.4.
2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a declaration (e.g. by e-mail to contact@truefungi.shop) before the 14-day period expires.
2.3. The returned goods must be shipped back without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date on which the Store was notified of the withdrawal decision.
2.4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act):
- Goods liable to rapid spoilage or having a short shelf life, including fresh mushrooms.
- Goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Returns
3.1. Returned goods must be complete, clean, in their original packaging and properly secured for transport.
3.2. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer, unless the withdrawal is due to reasons attributable to the Store (e.g. non-conformity of the goods).
3.3. After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Store will refund the price paid (including the cost of the least expensive delivery method offered by the Store) without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days. - Complaints & Warranty (Rękojmia)
4.1. The Store shall be liable to the Consumer if the sold item has a physical or legal defect (warranty – rękojmia) for a period of 2 years from the date the item was delivered to the Consumer.
4.2. To submit a complaint, the Consumer should send to contact@truefungi.shop or by post to the Store’s address:
- a description of the defect,
- proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice),
- photographs of the defective product (optional).
4.3. The Store will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt. If no response is received within that time, the complaint is deemed to be accepted.
4.4. If the complaint is accepted, the Store shall, at the Consumer’s choice: - replace the goods with defect-free goods,
- repair the defect,
- refund the price paid or reduce it proportionately to the defect found.
4.5. The Store will cover the cost of shipping the defective goods back to the Store (if the complaint is justified).
- Delivery Terms
5.1. Shipments are carried out via selected carriers (e.g. courier, parcel locker).
5.2. The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the delivery method chosen by the Customer, and is displayed in the cart before order finalization.
5.3. Estimated dispatch times after payment is credited:
- Fresh mushrooms: Monday to Wednesday by 10:00 AM, only after pre-payment.
- Other products (preserves, dried mushrooms, extracts): Monday to Friday on business days, after payment is credited.
5.4. In case of shipment damage, it is recommended to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier – this serves as the basis for a claim with the carrier.
- Personal Pickup
6.1. Available by prior telephone arrangement.
6.2. Pickup address: ul. Strzelców 26, 31-422 Kraków.
6.3. Personal pickup is free of charge. - Payments & Pre-payment
7.1. If paying by bank transfer, the pre-payment must reach the Store’s account within 7 days of placing the order.
7.2. If payment is not credited within that period, the Store has the right to cancel the order.

- Final Provisions
8.1. This policy is effective from the date of its publication on the Store’s website.
8.2. The Store reserves the right to amend this policy; any changes will be published on the website with the date of entry into force.
